10 habits to increase immunity

1. Drink daily lemon juice with warm water in the morning.

2. Must drink Giloy(heart-leaved moonseed )/Amla (Indian Gooseberry ) juice in the morning.

3. Do Yoga in the morning in empty stomach.

4. Eat ginger and garlic on daily basis.

5. Drink honey with hot water in the morning.
