The air indoors is contaminated with pollutants and toxins which we inhale and this accumulated toxic air causes dizziness, nausea, headaches, nose, and eye irritation.

Aloe vera
- The aloe vera removes harmful pollutants called VOCs (volatile organic compounds) from the air, taking up carbon dioxide, and providing abundant oxygen back into the air around it.
- It’s succulent, so it’s easy to maintain and doesn’t require much water at all.

Green Spider Plant
- It battles pollutants such as benzene, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide and xylene.
- According to NASA reports, the spider plant is among the top 3 types of houseplants that are great at removing formaldehydes.
